Class on fermentation

A friend and her daughter hosted this class today at a wonderful spot known as the Sky Mountain Institute in north San Diego county. It was a splendid afternoon in a magical place!

beer involved But it looks like the're making kimchi,also good.

i make a lot of moonshine. (flavored vodkas,rums etc))))

but either way i love the second dog picture...
