The only thing of beauty I've seen today...a new beginning

It's been raining here. As Snowy and I were returning from our mid-day walk, I noticed a camellia just starting to bloom as we came down the driveway. Went in and got the camera. You can even see the raindrops through the petals.

It's beautiful! (This time of year I've usually forgotten what flowers look like. Another 3 months and a few should start turning up...)

and this week it warmed up in the 60's. We have bulbs starting to pop up and my Daphne have started to bloom. It's WAY too early. Bizarre weather.
