Some drone pics from Comb Ridge, UT

We boondocked at Comb's Wash which is 20 miles east from Natural Bridges National Monument here in Utah.

This is very close to Bears Ears.

View is looking North. East, South, along the ridge then an overhead shot of our camp. I went up 400 feet with the drone for these.

Notice the notch. It was blasted in the early 1970's for a more direct road. This is canyon country.
We're about 2 months into a 5 to 6 month trip covering the west.

They are all wonderful, but the last one of your campground made me smile.

How cool to take your own photo via drone! The ultimate selfie.

If you haven't already purchased it, I highly recommend the Litchi app. It is the best money I've spent on my drone.

I have that Litchi app but haven't used it much.

I lightly touched these photos up to bring out the highlights with the Snapseed app

100% of the time now. One of my favorite things to do is map my mission using Mission Hub, then go to Google Earth see it in 3D. That way I can make sure that I am going to be above all the trees and building that we have to deal with down here.
Nice to see another drone fan here.

Nice to see landscape from the air, interesting perspective.

Dumb question: How do you frame the shot from the ground? Does it have a relation to wireless CCTV? (ok, that's two dumb questions}.

I view it through my iPad connected to the controller.
The iPad is loaded with the software that controls the drone. I see what the drone sees in real-time no matter if I'm videoing, shooting stills, or just flying.

Thank you for the explanation and photo.

We love road trips, and take them as often as possible. I hope you guys have a great adventure on yours.

It must be fun operating your drone! Like seeing the world from a birds eye view!

The last one's cool too. Is that you, down there? Is there a viewer on the drone?
