New to this group I am.

I've been lurking DU for many years and have come out of the shadows. I've been making photographs for a long time and thought that a good way to introduce myself would be so show some of my most recent pieces.

Lately I have been going out and shooting spiders on my sunflowers.

I'm guessing you're using a tripod and a pretty nice macro setup. Perhaps shot on an overcast day?

One of my worst nightmares is to be ravaged by a giant spider. I can't imagine a worse fate than to be tangled in a web, helplessly waiting to be lunch.

I never knew spiders had thornes on their legs!
I particularly like the 3rd and 4th.
