Exiting 'Fox & Friends' host could be headed to 'The View'

Mediaite reported that weekend “Fox & Friends” host Abby Huntsman has left Fox News and is eyeing a spot on the long-running ABC talk show “The View”. Now, sources close to “The View” tell Page Six that while “a deal isn’t done,” the show “is very interested in a role for her.”

Huntsman’s father, Jon Huntsman Jr., serves as US ambassador to Russia under President Donald Trump.

Abby would be replacing Sara Haines, who is departing to join ABC’s “Good Morning America.” Huntsman’s last appearances on “Fox & Friends” will be this Saturday and Sunday.

If she winds up on the ABC daytime show, she’ll be joining Meghan McCain as a conservative voice.

I stopped watching when they had that stupid Elizabeth Hassellbeck. Can barely stomach Meghan. That said Meghan might be awfully jealous of abbey like she was of Sarah Haines ( who was my favorite because she was nuanced and smart).

Why is it becoming the conservative View? When the show started each host represented a different generation and there was no dedicated conservative view. Eventually Elizabeth dedicated that position and we can’t seem to lose it. I’m very close to done with it.
