Survivor One World - Episode Seven Discussion thread

Tarzan tries to convince others that those stains on his undies are mud. Troyzan finds an idol. Any semblance of a Men's alliance has been seemingly eradicated. They decide to keep the strongest males and vote out the pudgey cook. Overall pretty entertaining. As much as I hated Colton, I am left longing for how this season would of played out with him still there.

I'll just go ahead and leave this here.

First off, as a NY pizza worshiping zealot, I have to say that whatever they won last night, it was not pizza. It looked like someone bought some frozen pitas and dropped ketchup and some canned veggies on them. I would have been pissed if I won that challenge and that was what they gave me.

Overall, last night was a GREAT episode. Possibly the best one in a long time, not for its excitement, but for its teaching tools. Last night was a study on how bad play early can cost you the game. Jonas went home because he played badly.

We learned that Tarzan's attempts to put an alliance together with Michael, was doomed to fail because instead of trying to befriend him after voting out Matt and Bill, they joined with the villain Colton, who was hated by all. He ignored Mike and Jay, and now he needed them badly. He never tried to approach Christina, who would have left the women, but he just fought with Tarzan. What you do in the early weeks will come back to haunt you or help you.

but your analysis is spot on!

Tarzan looked outright nutso to me.

I am very curious about Christina and what she will do (and IF the women will work with her).

Jonas should have been in a position of power. Instead he is in a position of weakness and gets offed. He just flat out played badly. Just think if the guys did not purposefully vote off Bill and then Colton did not leave, how different the game would have been. NEVER EVER tank a challenge or vote someone off if you do not have to.

...voting out the guy that makes your food instead of the crazy old dude that shits his drawers....yeah, that's just brilliant

If the women ever get themselves together the guys are done...

The longer this season progresses, the more I think I may have to find something else to watch...these clowns act like they've never seen the show before...
