Yes, it paints a terrible picture of the criminal justice system and their were certainly some bad guys in Mantowok County especially Ken Kranz the prosecutor. But be sure and read some of the things that have come out that the producers omitted and other discussions about the series. My conclusion was that they are all bad or not very bright people.

I heard about the omission thing, but even with the omissions, that I can tell, won't mitigate some of the shenanigans that the prosecutors were up to, and especially the defense attorney for Brendon (Len something).

Infuriating.
