This was fun to watch. I have always liked Tai a lot and could not figure out how he thought if he went with those bully boys he would end up at the end with them. He is so not like that and always seemed so uncomfortable.

I was waiting for Scot to get over angry and hurt someone during a challenge. Thankfully it never came to that. He seemed ready to blow a few times. This was a priceless moment of TV viewing. My husband and I just laughed when Tai denied him.

I think he IS a nice guy and may find it hard to undercut someone. I mean, he did it here, but he was torn about the camp sabotage and all that. I also wonder if Aubry got to him and appealed to his gentle side.

This has been a season of blindsides! Keeps it interesting.

That was great! During the episode I kept saying that Scot is such an arrogant bully* he needs to go. Thank you Tai! It would be awesome if the little guy could go all the way for the win. I hope he can do it.

*same applies to Jason, both acting like such smug jerks. Well, not anymore!!

That's going to be delicious. It's hard to feel sorry for his crappy past when he comes across as such a jerk.

By giving his idol to Scot before the vote he not only lost his alliance buddy, the super idol is gone--at least for now--and his own protection is gone too. So he really lost a lot at that tribal. Yes, it will be very interesting to see what his play is going be now.

gave the idol to Scot he would have been voted out - it was the perfect set up and most people had no idea how it was being set up. It was so complex and so fragile, it was the perfect set up with Tail voting for Scott being the lynch pin.

now I wonder what Julia will say. She was the one urging Tai to play his idol before the vote was read. Hmmm....
