I need help. An acquaintance wants me to print an application for Arizona SNAP benifits.

I need help. An acquaintance wants me to print an application for Arizona SNAP benifits.
The smallest i can find online is 30 pages long. (https://www.arizonaselfhelp.org/static/applications/FA-001-English.585efd4b51e7.pdf)
Can you help me find a shorter document to print for her?

Some states do it over the phone, or will mail an application. Although many of the questions or pages don't apply in all circumstances, they have to be read and eliminated. States take phone applications. Or online applications. Or peruse it online to see the questions beforehand. Federal regs surely require a full financial snapshot.
