The exhaust gets wider after the rocket smashes in to the dome. Everyone knows that !!

Just kidding!!
It was a SpaceX Starlink launch from Vandenberg in California. The near south trajectory would give us in Arizona the image that the OP captured:

TUCSON, Ariz. (KVOA) — SpaceX is planning another launch for Saturday night.

Initially the launch was supposed to occur on Thursday night, but SpaceX pushed it back to Saturday.

The launch will be visible in the western Arizona sky.

The planned Falcon 9 launch mission will send 22 Starlink satellites to low-Earth orbit from the Vandenberg Space Force Base in California.

Liftoff is set for 7:23 p.m.
