warm as the Phoenix area in the winter? I was in Mesa a few years ago and it was 100 on St. Patrick's Day.
I know of a few people who have summer cabins in the mountains. I wonder if Payson counts because they were still at 92 yesterday. We usually have enough humidity so that I don't like anything over 85.
