(31,849 posts)Is the weather ... besides the monsoons, there are no big weather concerns (i.e., no tornados, hurricanes, snowstorms/freezes, etc., and no earth quakes and it is unlikely to be underwater any time soon due to artic melts).

(55,011 posts)I love how some parking lots are landscaped so the shade is all on the travel lanes and none on the parking spots.
don't forget your handy dandy reflecting windshield sun screen!
we don't need heated car seats here, we need cooled steering wheels.
