Criminal charges reinstated against developer Jack Rose

A state appeals court has reinstated criminal charges against Jack Rose, a former West Valley developer.
Prosecutors successfully appealed after a trial judge ordered Dec. 8 that charges against Rose be sent back to a Maricopa County grand jury for reconsideration.

The order by Judge Robert Gottsfield of Superior Court had the effect of dismissing the charges against Rose.
