Duncan Hunter Jr will probably win

I don't think we have the best candidate for this district.
Oh I think he's a great guy but east county of San Diego is chock full of racists and RW bigots.

Registered Republicans in California lately have been reregistering as Independents. I think the 50th district is not immune to this trend.

Hunter's general obnoxiousness regarding the Navy and voters in his district ("they're stupid" if they disagreed with Trump's policies, he said in a recent interview) won't serve him well.

Lots of Hispanics in the district, to boot. I think Campa-Najjar may have a chance, despite the vocal Tea Party organization in the area.

… Hunter wouldn't have a chance here, I only hope some of the voters in his district wake up...
