Is the time going to change back?

I think we voted about staying in Daylight Savings Time, but I don't think I ever knew the outcome of that initiative. Does anyone know if it passed and if the time is going to change back. I could sure use that extra hour.

1) California legislature still needs to respond and affirm this.
2) As like Florida we asked for daylight savings time year round (not standard time), it needs to pass by the U.S. Legislature.
3) While I believe it was in 2022, the U.S. Senate did pass legislation to make daylight savings time year round, the House never moved.

Thus, until then, we "Fall back" with the rest of the country to Standard Time which is the first Sunday of November (each year)
