First it was voting to legalize pot, which didn't win. Then it was to ban gay marriage, which won with a LOT of help from the mormons. Now this. What are the chances that with our large prison industry that this will pass? or if it does pass, will not have legal challenges?

Anyhow, I"m glad it's on the ballot and we're dealing with this, but I am a little battle weary...
