You really need to see Dominika’s show. Especially if you are NOT disabled. She opens a door into our world — and invites you in. Accept the invitation. You won’t be sorry. Although you might see yourself in some of her caricatures of normates (non-disabled people) — but that’s precisely the point. She forces the audience to address long-held stereotypes about disability. Now if only we could find someone who could speak to us this powerfully about race!
