[font color="navy" face="Verdana"]Cold and wet and inconvenient for many (including me), but oh, do we ever need a whole winter of this!

If we could have 3 days of steady, soaking rain every week now through March, it would really break this drought. Fill those rivers, lakes, and reservoirs!

All of our damn dams need seismic retrofitting. Until they get it, they can only be filled to 75% of capacity.
