Coming to civilization tomorrow

sorry, "Sad Jose" doesn't qualify. Tomorrow through the 31st, I will be based in The City (SF, for you SoCal types ) -- and then on the 2nd, I will be shacking up in west Oakland with two cats until the 8th!!

Anyone want to play?

But both those places sound hard to reach.

*takes out protractor to draw vectors with Berkeley*

A certain party apparently failed to tell you I lived a few blocks away...

I was, after all, an engineering major at one time. There is a BART station there that's about 15 minutes from Berserkeley.

and reasonably priced. One of the women I work with has tried it. We tend to eat Peruvian when in Oakland and S.F. for that matter. Although and El Toro burrito sounds soooooo good right now.

Both were actually on my list when my Mom came out for a whirlwind tour of Bay Area cuisine. We never got to Burma Superstar unfortunately. I've lived in the Bay Area for a long time, though, so throw some others at me.

Homeroom is good, but very crowded. When we went, we had to wait outside a long time. This isn't a good scenario for disabled people. Because the wait outside is so long, and you're seated at long lunchroom tables inside, you feel rushed. If you have a way to eat near by, I'd suggest getting your macaroni to go.
