The hearing on the permit to allow multinational CEMEX to mine gravel at Jesse Morrow Mountain (and impact air quality, traffic, water and other environmental issues!) will be held in the:

Ballroom of the Fresno County (Del Webb) building
2220 Tulare Street.
Building in on the southwest corner of Tulare and M; ballroom is on the east side of the lower level.
