Update: DC has storm threat both Sunday evening and late Monday afternoon.

1) Sunday's storm timing 6-11p -- mostly subsevere, lower confidence in storms.
2) Monday's storm timing 2-7p -- ENHANCED level 3 out 5 severe risk with damaging winds, hail, and even a tornado poss. Higher confidence in storms.

WASHINGTON — Strong to severe storms are possible Monday afternoon across the D.C. Metro area as a cold front comes through the region. The Storm Prediction Center has placed parts of our region under an "Enhanced Risk" for severe storms. This is a level 3 out of 5.
