Does Frederica Wilson wear hats while the House is in session?

Just read a story, from 2010, about how she found out about the ban on hats while the House is in session. And, yes, this bans go back to 1837.

there are so many idiots that we are ashamed of: Rick Scott, Marco Rubio, Matt Gaetz to name a few, BUT we sure do feel lucky to have our Frederica Wilson!
