even my repub neighbors complain...birth certificates, proof of residence (power bill, etc.), and photo ID.

I'd bet it's expensive and time consuming to get a birth certificate from PR.

Scott and friends have done away with the student registration programs that used to be popular with graduating seniors and college students.

If this new group from PR is as large as it seems though, it will make a big difference in a close election. I'm sure that no one really knows how many came to Florida after the hurricane last year.

The voter suppression tactic is to wear you down. If you don't wear down, then the tactic is useless.
