Will FL's seniors stay with tRump and "white power"?

Here is the full video of protesters in The Villages...

"But he does imply with in his comment that he is planning to return to The Villages. Amid last year’s impeachment battle, Trump went there in October for what was ostensibly a signing ceremony but seemed more like a campaign rally. At one point, he coaxed the crowd into a chant of “Eight more years” to troll those who oppose his presidency."

"Trump’s White House deputy press secretary, Judd Deere, later told the Associated Press that “President Trump is a big fan of The Villages. He did not hear the one statement made on the video. What he did see was tremendous enthusiasm from his many supporters.”

a matter of time. I don’t think they’ll be so gung ho after that.

I know I wouldn't stand near their path, the swearing I can take and match, no problem.

I don’t remember the theme but all the old people in town were at a community meeting. When Stan’s dad realized they’d all be getting out and driving home at the same time he ran around trying to warn everyone. Many car crashes ensued.

The unofficial word is that The Villages is the STD centroid. They don't care because they think they will all be dead soon anyway.

but didn't want to offend anyone. My liberal friends moved there about a year ago and that is when I first heard about that place and their "reputation" for partying.

The partying is true, but the percentage of STDs is not higher than anywhere else. I think there was one article a long time ago that pointed a finger at them about STDs but it's since been proven false.

It's hard to say.. I think only Broward and Palm Beach is liberal counties and the rest are a toss up. With jerrymandering, voter suppression and state gov't intervention (hanging chad?) it's up in the air... Now if der tRumphenFuhrer messed with their social security it would be a different story.
BTW I hear the little blue pill runs rampant in the villages...

Orlando (Orange County) is trending blue as is Tampa (Hillsborough). Alachua with Gainesville and the University of Florida is also blue.

Little pockets of blue scattered among a lot of very red - but very small - counties give me hope.

Florida did vote for Obama both times but we are hampered by an ineffective Florida Democratic Party and a mostly Republican state government.
