Question for branstadt. Where is my tax cut?

Well, for about the 900th year in a row (it seems like it), I owe the state of Iowa additional taxes. $540.00. Again. And Branstadt was supposed to be a tax cut kind of guy, or so I was told. Of course the guy who told me was my former dentist, and he likely got a tax cut. But me, I'm just a working stiff trying to make a dollar or two so no tax cut for me. Someone has to pay for the rich folks' luxuries. Heaven forbid they pay for it themselves..
Ok, I guess I'm done ranting, at least for now. Grrr....
One more thing, since there is a surplus in the budget, how about giving it to us? We who support this state by busting our tails working. Nah, now I'm just dealing in fantasy.

Especially with the Iowa taxes. That way I can be sure of getting something back instead of paying in.
