Histories (past) many include "fatal flaws" that now have no better solutions, even in Iowa. For transparency purposes I have never lived or voted in Iowa. OTOH, wealth and attitude in the moment is relevant to how one responds to an open-ended question about national well-being; future decisions may help longer-term than I've likely got to contribute. Greed and corruption is very prevalent in every sector. I will never vote for a Republican candidate for anything; they cannot govern and, in the maintenance of their socioeconomic status, whatever that may be, they are corruptable and prefer others' sacrifice and frugality over a more well-rounded national prosperity! PERIOD!

Many individuals and measured groups have fallen behind. Perspective isn't considered. It is a calculation of factors compared period to period.
As for opinion it is just that.

It's gone up a little in the last few hours.

It's an internet poll so not exactly accurate. But I'm kind of surprised it's doing as well as it is considering our part of the country.
