1st Congressional District Candidates, Opinions

I've been reading about the people who want to fill Bruce Braley's seat in this next election and I have to say, I'm more confused than when I started reading.

So, any opinions about who is best, who is worst. Sad to say, I don't really know a whole lot beyond a few write ups and their websites about most of these people.

I think he would make for a fine United States Representative. I think the 1st will benefit from having a person like him in office.

Of course, that being said probably any of the Democrats are better than the batch of teabaggers looking to take Braley's seat.

I think he's the one Bruce has recommended as well, but I could be wrong on that.

I know that Swati Dandikar calls herself a 'pro-business Democrat' which sets off all kinds of red flags, one of the others used to be a Bush Republican.

I had been leaning toward Murphy anyway.

But, yeah, any of them would be better than any of the crazy teabaggers vying for the chance to screw us all over.

She got hornswoggled by Braindead into taking a position on a board in the hopes that when she resigned from the Senate they'd be able to get a Republican in there and take over.
