R.J. “Renae” Kapheim, 41, approached a Secret Service officer at a checkpoint at 15th and E streets NW just before 1 p.m., Secret Service spokesman Ed Donovan said. Kapheim said that someone in his home town, Davenport, had told him to come to the White House, so he drove his 2013 VW Passat all the way there.

In the trunk of the car, which was parked on Constitution Avenue between 15th and 16th streets NW, officers found a .30-30 rifle and more than 40 rounds of ammunition, Donovan said.

He said that Kapheim was charged with possession of an unregistered firearm and may face further charges.

* There's an answer to that, there is away to pull the OIL from multiple levels of the water including the floor where it leaks out naturally from the rocks.

* Currently have a prototype Engine System which can recycle it's own waste and create it's own fuel and oil to operate it. In theory it should be able to run itself for at least a year before needing to be refueled.

*Currently have a prototype rifle (and blueprints) that was built several years ago that can hit a target accurately three to four plus miles away.
