The aliens will come back and repopulate using the survivors. Wash/rinse/repeat. This happens way too often.

have swallowed too much of their own self promoting propaganda.
The "World" wouldn't starve w/o Iowa and would actually be better off without all that GMO corn and pigs shot full of antibiotics.
