Joni Ernst threatens to call for EPA chief's resignation if ethanol deal isn't upheld

Republicans said they reached a deal with Trump to restore the lost ethanol demand, but then said the EPA's proposal for how to implement that deal didn't reflect what they agreed on.

Ernst declined to criticize Trump over the EPA's proposal, saying the responsibility rests with the agency.
