I heard Douglas County is restricting restaurant openings until May 17.

Most restaurants are happy with this, and some don't plan to open until June 1. Our awesome Gov. Kelly gave local jurisdictions the ability to make their own rules.

I live in Douglas County. You couldn't pay me to sit in a restaurant anyway. nt tblue37 May 2020 #2

I think Pennsylvania as well. Seems the smarter way to go. Each state has an area that is the center of the virus.

I hope the unemployment computer problems have been resolved. She is taking a lot of blame for them. Of course, her job is taking the blame for everything, which she seems to be able to handle just fine.
She continues to impress me with her ability to relate to the urban/rural split that KS and most other states are experiencing.

I am happy to hear that your governor is doing a good job. We need every one of them that we can get to be on the people's side.
