If it is not objectionable to you, getting in touch with the facility chaplain might be a good idea. Tell him/her that you are concerned because you have not been able to communicate with her, and ask if he/she would visit her there.

That gets on the radar in the facility that someone on the outside is taking actions on her behalfr.

I did that. If nothing else it made me feel better that someone will give her a shoulder.
