Scroll down to look at the Medicaid Expansion paid at 100% until 2020, then at 90%. Right now Louisiana taxpayers are paying 100% of the cost.

MoveOn.org has a web page with rotating billboards for other states where the governors are not expanding Medicaid.

3. Today Louisiana lost to MoveOn.org and the billboard will remain up.
