how much wealth has left this country

we are being robbed daily by those exporting our wealth. AND OUR ELECTED OFFICALS SEEM UNAWARE OR UNCARING. IN ANY EVENT NOT ACTING TO STOP THIS BLEED OF WEALTH!
Come on lets kick the bums out of office this year!

Clearly, the unspoken motive behind lowering top tax rates is to prevent further capital flight from the U.S. But, how much has already left?

Excellent question. Deserves some answers and more discussion.
