So I'm wondering if this is a good sign for the DFL taking back the state house & senate..

My state rep who, as a rule, never advertises that she is a DFLer or that she has party endorsement put out a piece of literature (a joint effort with the state Senate candidate) making it more than clear that she and the senate candidate are Democrats and both have party endorsement.

Ann is a tireless campaigner and I think hits every door in her district personally at least one in an election season so I'm wondering if she's hearing a lot of anti-Republican sentiments as she door knocks and so is making it clear she is a DFLer.

In the past it has not been uncommon to see one of her lawn signs planted in a yard where every other sign belongs to a Republican. I don't seem to be seeing as much of that this year.

I keep hoping that Graves can unseat Bachmann on the national level. My repub sister who now lives in Georgia even says that Bachmann is an embarrassment - which is going some. Our local DFL candidate has been outspent by a lot so we will have to see.
