Is anyone else checking this out? I saw it on KSTP. The eggs should hatch any day now. You can even see it at night.

(4,909 posts)There is a problem this year. Mom and Dad are working on the old nest
and building a nest at a different site. The old nest has great live sound and video.
They aren't sure if they can get a camera up on the new nest. The cam on the old nest is not live
for the year just yet. They will decide within a couple of weeks which nest is best.

(86,798 posts)but I haven't checked this year yet as it's kind of early, doesn't look like anything's happening there yet though they were fortifying the nest several weeks ago. The one in the OP is in MN and I'm surprised they are already sitting that one! It's really early, especially for that far north. Looks like there's a lot of snow in the nest.
I haven't seen this one in the OP either but it's nice to know about. There is also a nestcam on the Alcoa property in the quad cities area of IA too but the Decorah nest is the best I've seen so far.
Thanks for the link! Guess I'll be watching this one too.
