Dear Friends and Supporters,

Thank you so much for your emails, notes, text messages and phone calls following my announcement that I've decided not to seek a third term as Minnesota's Secretary of State. Your kind responses have meant a great deal to me.

Many people have asked me "what's next?" For now I am focused on doing the best possible job in my final 19 months in the office.

Nancy and I are blessed with good health and surrounded by wonderful family and friends. This is a gift that I am aware of every day. I feel very fortunate to have this opportunity to serve.
