Did Queen Elizabeth ever visit Missouri?

I'm thinking that Winston Churchill's famous Iron Curtain speech in Fulton might have given her a reason.

We were little kids and frightened to death of her. We were told to be polite and respectful. But we had chili beans for lunch and the boy in front of me tooted.
Her royal guard, "Young man! I take the utmost exception to your tooting before the Queen!"
I intervened, "Sorry! We didn't know it was her turn!"
