Some show on some channel was on, I turned it on for Sunny but they started to talk about Missouri.

I'm not there now now but came from Missouri. So when the show started talking about Missouri, it got my attention.

Some show on some channel was on, I turned it on for Sunny so I wasn't even paying attention. That is till a guy in jail came on talking about how he was extradited with no idea how he was going to to get back to to his home state as of time of whenever the show was filmed.

He was in the Jasper County jail. So me being me, have been trying to Google if Jasper County, even the state
Itself got extradited people back to their home state. u
I have been googling since 1pm to about 8:30pm trying to find answers. Haven't been there for a whole mess of years and never really thought about it. But since hearing the guy and a couple of others they were interviewing it got me wondering if Jasper or any other county took inmates back to their home states.

Maybe I just couldn't Google the right wording or something or maybe Jasper County don't send them back, I'm not there to go ask the jail itself like I would have back in the day.

But I remembered that DU had a page dedicated to Missouri. And if you want to know something about something about Missouri you should go to those living there.

So I am hear to ask if Jasper County or any other county in Missouri sent people back to their home state after doing their time.

I really would like to know about Jasper County since I used to live there . Whatever that show was got me curious.

I am from Missouri. Not a lawyer and not pretending to be one.

My understanding is this. If one commits a violation of the law, no matter how small, you still have either a court date or plead guilty when sending the fine.

Now, at court, you are required to be there; its called a summons. If one fail to appear, a bench warrant will be posted.

After your in court appearance, either you exit the courthouse or be housed in a nice room with basic meals.

After the conclusion of an extended stay, the doors open and you exit.

You either walk, arrange a pickup by family or friends, or go to the nearest bus stop.

People walk on highways here, early mornings. Good chance they were released after their sentence is up after midnight and the correctional facility doesnt want to pay for breakfast.

Conclusion! Extradition cost money. Either way, your on your own after the county/state is done with you.
