South Jersey deli boss charged with harassing workers

MEDFORD - A man is accused of having criminal sexual contact with two women he employed at a Medford delicatessen.

Kevin Hoguet, 43, of Lindenwold, was arrested Feb. 10 after a 26-year-old employee of DiVello’s Deli on Route 70 reported she had “an unwelcomed encounter with her employer,” police said.

Police charged him with criminal restraint, criminal sexual contact and harassment.

Hoguet was arrested a second time, on Wednesday, and charged with more counts of criminal restraint and criminal sexual contact. Those charges resulted from an investigation of allegations made by a 36-year-old woman who works at the deli, police said.

Hoguet was held in Burlington County Jail.
