New Mexico Musician's Coalition Peace and Progress Fest
The New Mexico Musicians Coalition is a musicians collective coming together to promote positive change in our community by offering our time and talents to raise money and awareness for organizations doing work in the areas of racial and gender equality, social justice, immigration and economic fairness and environmental sustainability.
Peace and Progress Fest is Sunday, Sept 10 5-8pm -Albuquerque, New Mexico
Get to know other folks fighting for social justice and find out how you can join people and action groups working for Progressive causes in out Community.
Enjoy good food and great music: Live Rhythm & Blues, Jazz, Rock and Salsa performed by NMMC members featuring many of your favorite local musicians.

This is our first event. We will be coordinating with many Progressive groups like Planned Parenthood, ACLU etc We want to be able to do /something/ you know? So we decided to figure out a way to use our talents to help make change happen.
