Go and sin no more

I heard this on the local Albuquerque TV news tonight, but I don't see it on a website yet.

A local guy got into an argument with his girlfriend;
beat her unconscious with a metal chair;
and stepped on her face.

She's in the hospital, recovering.

The female judge let him out,
no bail or bond,
just on his own recognizance.

I would think a female judge would be tougher on a man who beat his girlfriend unconscious.
Any judge should, but ... just saying.
