Driving instructor smoked pot with, kissed teen student

An Albuquerque driving school instructor was arrested Wednesday on second-degree child abuse and contributing to the delinquency of a minor charges after allegedly smoking marijuana with and kissing a teenage driving student in mid-August.

Robertson allegedly offered the girl marijuana. She went to the side of the driving school building with him. The girl allegedly told Robertson she didn't want any, but he blew smoke into her mouth and kissed her, according to the criminal complaint.

He then allegedly told the girl not to tell her boyfriend and said he wouldn't tell his wife.
