Non-custodial mom picks up son from Queens school

QUEENS (WABC) -- Police say a 7-year-old boy is missing after his mother, who does not have custody, picked him up from school in Queens Monday.
Jahvon Jenkins' grandmother has custody, and they live together on Glenwood Road in Brooklyn.
Detectives had been hoping the mother would bring him back to school Tuesday, but he did not show up.
