Skelos: ‘Good possibility’ for a marijuana bill

ALBANY—Senate Republican Leader Dean Skelos is still pushing for an oils-only form of medicinal marijuana, even as one of his G.O.P. colleagues submitted paperwork to co-sponsor a more expansive bill.

Rochester Sen. Joe Robach has already declared his public support for the Compassionate Care Act, which is being pushed by Staten Island Sen. Diane Savino, a member of the Independent Democratic Conference.
