1010 WINS: Police Say Person In Custody In Alleged Assault Of V. Stiviano

NEW YORK (CBSNewYork/AP) – One person is in custody in connection with the alleged assault of V. Stiviano outside a New York City hotel, police told 1010 WINS.

The man reportedly surrendered to police on Tuesday, authorities told CNN. A second person is still being sought, police told 1010 WINS.

Stiviano, who allegedly recorded Los Angeles Clippers owner Donald Sterling making racist remarks, told detectives Monday that two men assaulted her outside the Gansevoort Hotel in the Meatpacking District Sunday night.
