Port Authority: LaGuardia Airport Is Shut Down Following Plane's Hard Landing

LaGuardia Airport is closed tonight after a Southwest Airlines plane landed there this evening without its nose gear, according to the Port Authority of New York and New Jersey.
The Federal Aviation Administration says Southwest Flight 345 carrying around 149 passengers and crew members landed at 5:45 p.m.
FAA officials say the plane's nose gear collapsed after it landed and was taxiing along the runway.
Everyone who was aboard the plane left through emergency chutes, according to the Port Authority.
