Medical Examiner: More Tests Needed in Joan Rivers' Death

The city medical examiner on Friday said more tests are needed in the investigation into the death of comedienne and New York native Joan Rivers.

Rivers, 81, went into cardiac arrest on Thursday while undergoing outpatient throat surgery.

State officials are investigating the practice that performed the procedure.
