Report: Feds get court order for GOP Rep. Michael Grimm's state tax returns

STATEN ISLAND, N.Y. - Federal prosecutors have been granted a court order for the disclosure of GOP Rep. Michael Grimm's New York state personal tax returns dating back to 2007, the Daily News reported.

Grimm (R-Staten Island/Brooklyn) faces a 20-count federal indictment, including evading taxes on more than $1 million in sales from his old Healthalicious health food restaurant.
