Oswego man accused of strangling his wife charged with murder

I actually kinda know this guy. We go to the same gym here in town. We've talked several times, tho only in a brief manner. He was big into body building. Always came in drinking an Amp soft drink and lifting heavy. I am wondering if he was juicing, I mean he was pretty jacked. But that is complete speculation on my part. OSWEGO -- An Oswego man is charged with manslaughter and murder after allegedly strangling his wife in their home Wednesday night.

Oswego County deputies say they were sent to investigate a reported domestic incident at the home of Robert and Theresa Moshier, at 55 Siembor Drive in the Town of Oswego, around 9:15 p.m.

When they arrived, deputies say they discovered the body of Theresa Moshier, 43, in a bedroom. Deputies say Theresa’s husband, 56-year-old Robert F. Moshier, was home when they arrived.

Investigators interviewed Robert Moshier and determined that he strangled his wife. According to court papers, Investigators say he held his wife in a head lock and choked her until she died.
